1. The judges decision is final.
2. Class fees are $10 the day of the show, $8 for all pre-entries. Pre-entries must be received by Friday at 9pm for Sunday shows, and Thursday at 9pm for Saturday shows via website or contacting show secretary.
2. Points begin accumulating once all membership fees are paid and completed membership form is filed with the show secretary.
3. Returned checks or unpaid show fees will automatically suspend the given horse and rider from future shows and will suspend all points until monies have been received and cleared.
4. Show management reserves to the right to remove any exhibitor/horse from show grounds for improper conduct, unsafety reasons, or any reasons deemed necessary by management.
5. No animals shall be tied to any fence on show grounds.
6. ALL stallions must NOT be tied to the outside of the trailer when owner is away from trailer. At that time, stallion must be kept inside the trailer.
7. Stallions may ONLY be handled by an adult at all times.
9. A class or division must fill at least 4 shows during the season to qualify for year end awards.
10. All classes must have a minimum of Two entries to qualify for points. For a division, two of the three classes must have a minimum of two entries to qualify for points.
11. For all over-fences divisions: to qualify for Champion or Reserve, entries must exhibit in the flat class and at least one over-fences class. In case of a tie, the given title will be awarded to the person with the most points over fences. Otherwise, a hack-off will determine the winner.
12. Junior members are members 18 years old and younger. The age of the member on January 1st shall be maintained throughout the entire show year.
13. Membership fees are annual and are $10 per horse and $10 per rider. There are no membership fees for the owner of the horse.
14. All dogs must be on a leash.
15. All juniors mounted on any horse, at any time, must wear an ASTM-SEI approved helmet. EXCEPTION: only junior riders riding western have the option of a helmet or western hat. Although, all junior riders are encouraged to wear an approved helmet.
