ATTENTION EXHIBITORS:

Please note pre-entries must be received no later than 5pm the day before the horse show in order for you to receive the discount of $8 per class.  All entries (including this form) received after 5pm will be charged the show-day rate of $10 per class.

Any Fun Class listed is only charged a $5 fee...either pre-entered or show-day rate.  No TFSS points are received in any Fun Class.

There has been a problem with horses being shown under different names...yet it's the same horse. In doing so, this can cause vital points to not be counted. If the horse is a TFSS member, you must always use the same name listed as how you registered the horse originally.  Otherwise, sorry but we don't know that Mr. Zippos Magic Touch is also known as ' Bud'... (this is only an example and not a real name.)

We have found that many of our exhibitors have a favorite number they like to use at the shows.  If you have your own number and don't need one pre-assigned, just simply put that number in the 'Back Number' box on the pre-entry form.  If this box is left blank, a show number will be pre-assigned to you and you can pick it up at the secretaries stand the day of the show.
