Due to our Battle of the Barns show growing tremendously year after year, we found it time to move off our farm to a facility that provided stalls to allow those that want to 'come from afar' to participate in our show. We recognize many of you travel a good distance to come to our shows, and thought by moving the show to Wakefield, this would reduce some of your 'horse show stress' as well as allow barns outside of our area to participate.
LODGING/CAMPING:
If you are interested in lodging at the Center, please contact them directly at (757) 899-4901. We understand there are plenty of rooms available!
Additionally, no electrical hookup is available by plugging trailers into the barns. However, if you are interested in the campsite within the park that has electrical hookup, please contact the Center at (757) 899-4901.
STALLS:
Stalls are available at a $30 rate AND MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. Bagged shavings will be available. Exhibitors not participating in the Battle of the Barns competition but are competing at the show, may also rent stalls at the $30 rate, but must be paid in advance. The stall rate is for Saturday or Sunday arrival. Please note all Saturday arrivals must be between 2pm and 9pm.
SHOW OFFICE:
The show office will be open on Saturday from 2-7pm.
